As a London Wedding party planner, and former resident of London, coordinating a wedding at Holland Park Orangery was something I was thrilled to be a part of. It was a truly wonderful day with the most fun couple!
AN INTIMATE WEDDING VENUE
The Orangery is a beautiful wedding venue in London and sits within Holland Park and is surrounded by sweet smelling rose gardens with far reaching views across the park. As a Wedding Party Planner, running one of the leading wedding planner companies in London, I am very lucky that I get to work in beautiful venue’s around the world; Holland Park Orangery is by far my favourite. It’s such a romantic setting and perfect for a smaller and more intimate day.
The Orangery itself is light and airy with floor to ceiling windows – it really is the most romantic spot! Claudia and Pepjin live nearby and chose to arrive together in a London Taxi, before walking up the aisle together to their favourite song, played by a band they had come across busking in Shoreditch one day. It could not have been more perfect.
Following the ceremony, guests were served champagne and canapes on the lawn outside of the Orangery before they went back inside for dinner with their friends and family. There was no top table at this wedding and instead Claudia and Pepjin moved to sit on a different table after each course so that they could spend as much time with their guests as possible.
After dinner, the Whiskey bar opened and guests got into the party spirit, dancing to some of Claudia and Pepjin’s favourite songs as the sunset around them. It really was the most beautiful day and as a London Wedding Planner, one that I was thrilled to be a party of.
