My name is Şenel and I am a wedding planner working with couples from the UK and US to plan their dream Malta wedding. I specialise weddings that take place across a number of days, creating a magical experience for you and your guests at Villa Bologna. I create weddings that are an experience you and your guests will never forget.
I offer a bespoke, luxury destination wedding planning service that is completely tailored to your needs. My philosophy is to ensure that, simply put, you have the wedding you have always dreamed of. Spectacular surroundings, delicious food, good music and your love for one another.

AN initial consultation in London or via skype
A proposed wedding budget and allocation of costs
A mood board/style concept for your wedding
A detailed venue search
various planning meetings either online or in person depending on your location
A trip together to malta to visit your venue and meet with your wedding suppliers
Sourcing of all suppliers (stationery, florists, hair and make up, prop hire, furniture, wedding cars, stationers, entertainment and catering) required for your wedding
Full coordination with your venue and each of your suppliers on your behalf.
RSVP and guest management
Table plans and seating arrangements
Transportation and accommodation for your guests
Management of budget
A detailed schedule of key dates, such as payments to be made, contracts to be returned and important dates to note.
A detailed schedule and running order for the day of your wedding as agreed by you.
Responsibility for the management of your entire wedding day (or weekend) from start to finish.
Coordination of Pre and Post Wedding events such as pool parties, drinks reception, boat trips
